The Urban Land Use Institute (ULI), a non-profit organization that provides communities unbiased and pragmatic advise on various land use and development issues, conducted a successful walking/bus tour in Corona on July 23, 2009. Their program, ULI Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Marketplace Public Outreach, provided an opportunity for the City to collaborate with professionals and developers who looked with new “eyes” at our City to provide us with valuable input into making Corona a more attractive investment.
